Founded in 2021 by Nate Munic in Springfield, Massachusetts and originally called The Friendly I.T. Guy, Friendly IT & Tech provides expert technical support, managed IT Services, and system administration small businesses and various tech support services for residential clients.
Nate Munic's passion for technology began early, turning into a side gig in 2016 and eventually his life’s work. He began pivoting the company towards scalability in late 2022, welcoming the first employee in May of 2024, and the first additional technician in March of 2025. Friendly IT & Tech has now expanded to officially include Web Design and Development as of August 2025.

Rather than expand around the country by advertising remote support, we understand that being on the phone with a technician can be frustrating, draining, and unpleasant. That's why we're happy to offer individualized, on site service. However, if a brief call or remote connection is all you need, we'd be happy to offer the option that suits you best.
